Our Home Base and Nearby Towns
Most of our work is in Belle Isle, Conway, Edgewood and Pine Castle. Short drives mean our crews spend their time on your yard, not in traffic. We also work in Oak Ridge, Holden Heights, Holden Lakes and Sky Lake, and across much of Orlando.
Farther south, we take jobs in Meadow Woods and Buenaventura Lakes. If your street is not on this list, ask anyway. When you call, we set up a free walkthrough of your property, look at what you have and give you a straight answer on whether we are a good fit.
What Shapes Yard Work Across the Area
- 01
Heat, rain and storm season
Summers bring heavy afternoon rain and long stretches of heat. Hurricane season runs June through November. That is why we thin trees before storms, slope beds so water drains away from your home and pick plants that handle wet roots and hot sun. Doing it right once costs less than replacing a drowned bed every year.
- 02
Sandy soil
Most yards here sit on fast-draining sand that holds little water or food for plants. Grass and shrubs dry out quickly and fertilizer washes through. We talk through soil prep, mulch depth and watering zones up front, because those choices decide how much you spend on upkeep later.
- 03
Older homes and newer subdivisions
The area has a mix of mid-century homes with big, mature trees and newer subdivisions with tight lots and young plantings. Older yards often need root and canopy work. Newer ones often need better irrigation coverage and shrubs spaced so they reach full size without crowding the house.
- 04
HOAs, watering days and permits
Many neighborhoods have HOA rules on plant types, sod and hardscape. Watering days are set by local rules, so we set irrigation timers to match. Some trees need a permit before removal, depending on the city or county. We check what applies to your address before we start and pull the permit when one is needed.

See What Your Yard Needs
We will come out, walk your property with you and go over options with their cost and upkeep side by side. The walkthrough and estimate are free. Financing up to $100,000 on 2–12-year terms is available, with no prepayment penalties.
